hope pilgrimage part 2 (take 2)
For those that can't make 14th April for part 2 of the hope pilgrimage.
This will be at a leisurely pace as win hill is a @%×& of a hill!!
will sort out travel arrangements closer to the time.

Langsett to Ladybower circular

04:30 is the time i want us to be setting off walking so please arrive atleast 15 minutes before we are set to leave.
I know It's an early start but it will be worth it for the SUNRISE which is at 05:27 last time we did this it Took us 13 hours hence the early start time
Langset to Ladybower circular walk
This is a 28 mile route with the odd up and down all mainly paths from experience walking trainers would be the best choice for this

Local walk. We set off at 6pm (Please arrive a few minutes early for a head count). Approx 5 miles - Back by 8.30pm. Boots or Walking Shoes recommended as it will be muddy. There will possibly be some slopes, steps and styles to climb.
MEETING POINT : The public car park next to the Sul Lago Restaurant, Cutler Hill Road, Daisy Nook, Failsworth.

Dovestones Reservoir, Part 3

Meeting 9am on the main/large car park at dovestones near the "public toilets"
"Parking" pay by card or cash usually,its not expensive,
"Pay for 4 hours" couple of quid approx.
I recall two machine's. or park on the main road and walk in.
This walk is something we have wanted to-do with the last couple of groups,but we have been unable due to the game shooting.
On this walk we will head to the waterfall looking up at the trinnicle's then walking back in a loop along side the reservoirs,possibly mid height hills but nothing on edges/drops or anything like that.
Essential kit,suitable clothing and footwear.
Food & drink is usually available at a mobile unit,but please bring a bit of something at the very least.
